Klagge, Mary Lou (05/08/2013)

Mary Lou Klagge was born on May 21, 1924, to George and Della Petersen (Moen) in Winona, Minnesota. She married Carl Klagge on December 3, 1948, at Central Lutheran Church in Winona, Minnesota. Mary Lou was a lifelong member of Central Lutheran Church, serving in many capacities over the years. She was chairman and founder of the Needlepoint Guild, which surrounds the altar with beautiful kneeling cushions and stoles for the pastors.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, George and Della; her husband, Carl; and son, Mitchell. She will be greatly missed by son, Michael (Kathryn); grandchildren, Brian Litke, Alex Klagge and Amy Klagge; honorary family, Mary and Kraig Lang, Maggie and Joe Grochowski, Ben Lang.

Funeral service will be Thursday, May 9, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Central Lutheran Church, with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m.
