SUBJECT: Final Plat - Waterford Estates Second Subdivision
On Monday, July 26, 2004 at 4:30 p.m. in the Wenonah Room of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering a final cluster development plan (plat) for the proposed Waterford Estates Second Subdivision.
The plat has been submitted by Ellefson Builders Inc. and proposes to subdivide the existing Lot 4, Block 2, Waterford Estates Subdivision into two lots. Under this proposal, each of the newly created lots would accommodate one twin-home dwelling unit.
