Trempealeau drug house found (05/26/2013)
On May 21, at 11:38 p.m. officers went to a residence at 11764 South Street, Village of Trempealeau, in an attempt to apprehend Jace M. Brawner, 28, on felony charges. While at the residence, officers observed an active marijuana grow operation. A search warrant was issued on May 22, for the Village of Trempealeau residence. Trempealeau Police Department Chief Rick Niedfeldt stated that Jace M. Brawner, 28, and Kyle S. Brawner, 30, were arrested for maintaining a drug house and possession of drug paraphernalia. Chief Niedfeldt continued by stating that a total of 49 marijuana plants and numerous items that assist in growing marijuana were seized from the residence.

The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the investigation.
