Domestic disturbance leads to felony charges (06/30/2013)
By Chris Rogers

A domestic disturbance in Goodview led to felony charges for one Winona man. David Michael Lambertson, 26, has been charged with felony stalking with possession of a dangerous weapon, felony stalking second violation in 10 years, domestic assault causing fear, domestic assault causing harm, and disorderly conduct, after he allegedly was part of disturbance with two adult woman at a residence in Goodview. Goodview Police officers were called to a residence on a report of a domestic disturbance at 9:21 a.m. on Monday, June 24. Lambertson admitted to spitting in one woman’s face, according to a complaint filed by the Winona County Attorney’s Office. The woman told officers that she was holding a four-month-old child when he spat in her face, and that, in a rage, he grabbed a broken table leg and ran around the apartment with it, though he did not threaten her directly. She said Lambertson shoved her, and that he took a kitchen knife and told the other woman to stab him with it, according to the complaint. The other woman said that Lambertson kicked and punched her and that he threatens to kill her frequently, according to the complaint. Lambertson had been convicted for interference with an emergency call in the fall of 2012 after he interrupted a call from one of the women, the complaint noted.
