Neitzke, Elaine M. (07/10/2013)
Elaine M. Neitzke, age 78, of Fountain City, Wis., passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2013, at her home and surrounded by her family.

Elaine was born on March 26, 1935, in Wauwatosa, Wis., to George and Gladys (Nichols) Heckman. She graduated from Winona Senior High School in 1953. She married Jack A. Neitzke on July 30, 1955, in Winona.

Elaine and Jack operated Winona Typewriter from 1957 to 1995; Elaine was its vice-president. She bowled at Westgate for the Winona Typewriter Team.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Bruce, in 1965; and brothers, Alfred Boycott and George T. Heckman Jr.

Elaine is survived by her husband, Jack; son, Mark Neitzke, Fountain City; daughter, Shari (Wade) Greseth, Hermosa, S.D.; three grandchildren, Cori, Niki and Ashley, and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at Martin-Myhre Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Dale Arendt of Wesley United Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
