Motorcycle-deer crash reported (07/17/2013)
On July 12, at 7:52 p.m., the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a motorcycle-deer crash with injury. It was determined that a motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Kamrowski Road in the Township of Arcadia, when a deer ran from the ditch and struck the motorcycle. The driver then lost control and entered the ditch, then was thrown from the motorcycle. The driver was transported by Medlink Air to Gundersen Medical Center in La Crosse, Wis., with severe injuries. Assisting were the fire department, ambulance service, and first responders of Arcadia, as well as Medlink Air
