ORDINANCE 3615
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
WINONA, MINNESOTA
1979
The City of Winona does ordain:
Section 1. That Schedule A of Section 61.26(c) of the City Code of Winona, Minnesota, 1979, which section is entitled "Angle Parking", be amended as follows:
"ANGLE PARKING AREAS:
The following portions of streets are hereby designated as diagonal parking or right angle parking areas:
Winona Street, easterly side, from the north line of Sanborn Street to a point 150 feet northerly thereof."
Section 2. That Schedule A of Section 61.26(f) of said Code, which section is entitled "Handicapped Parking Areas", be amended as follows:
"HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONES
The following portions of streets and lots are hereby designated as handicapped parking areas when identified by the posting of signs incorporating the international symbol of access in white on blue and indicating that the parking space is reserved for the handicapped with vehicles displaying the required certificate, license plates, or insignia:
Winona Street, easterly side, the two parking spaces signed and/or marked as handicapped parking spaces located between the north line of Sanborn Street and a point 150 feet northerly thereof."
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its publication.
