Shoplifters face felony charges (08/07/2013)

Janelyn Thalia Sarceno, 20, of Rochester, and Arthur Paul Johnson III, 21, of Rochester, were arrested on felony possession of criminal tools and misdemeanor shoplifting after they allegedly used a specially-made tool to remove the cables from a video game console bolted to a display a Fleet Farm at 2:17 p.m. on Sunday, August 4. According to the report, the special “hand key” was designed to disengage cables used to bolt down such electronics. The tool allowed Sarceno and Johnson to disconnect and steal a $250 Play Station 3.
