Ragnar races through town (08/18/2013)

On Friday morning, costumed runners departed from Levee Park in Winona's third annual Ragnar Relay, a relay running race from Winona to Minneapolis. (Above) Team "I'm sexy and I know it" (green tutus) and Team "Runaway Brides" (white skirts and veils) chat with competitors before their start. "We spent 12 hours on the tutus," said one runner. The costumes are "just to be fun, have a good time, and see each other in a crowd," she explained.
