Man arrested on warrants (08/21/2013)
By Jen Burris

Deputies arrested Aaron Devorak, 35, of Lewiston, on County Road 23 at 9:34 p.m. Friday, August 16, on two warrants. Police were alerted of Devorak’s whereabouts when he attempted to enter a residence without permission while looking for a cigarette. The suspect then took off on his bicycle and the owner of the residence called the police. Devorak was arrested for the warrants, trespassing, giving a false name, drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct. Deputies reported that Devorak, who admitted to being high on heroin, was found with a hypodermic needle and once inside the vehicle began screaming at the dog. The arresting deputy warned Devorak to stop or he would be charged with disorderly conduct. He was then transported to Rochester, where he is currently in detox.
