40 Days for Life is an international campaign of prayer, fasting and peaceful vigil on the public sidewalks in front of abortion facilities. It takes place September 25 through November 3 and tracks biblical history, where God used a 40-day period to transform individuals…from Noah in the flood, to Moses on the mountain, to the disciples after Christ’s resurrection.
Since 40 Days for Life began in 2007, there have been over 2,480 campaigns in 501 cities, plus many foreign countries. More than 575,000 have participated and more than 7,536 lives have been documented as spared from abortion. A total of 83 abortion industry workers, including abortion facility managers, have quit! Lastly, 40 abortion facilities have closed following a campaign! Mothers and those affected by abortion are given hope, and healing can begin.
