Legal Assistance of Olmsted County, Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, and United Way of Olmsted County in conjunction with National Pro Bono Celebration Week (October 20-26, 2013) will be sponsoring a Free Legal Clinic for low-income individuals and families residing in southeastern Minnesota on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church, 810 3rd Avenue SE, Rochester, MN 55904. Local area attorneys will be available to meet free of charge with individuals for brief consultations in the following areas: Family Law: divorce, custody, child support and parenting time; Housing: landlord/tenant and foreclosures; Employment and Unemployment; Estate Planning: power of attorney, healthcare directives, and wills; Consumer: collection practices, bankruptcy, conciliation court, cease and desist letters; Immigration: VAWA petition, I-765 Application for Employment, I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card; Social Security Disability and Expungements.
