  (ARCHIVES)Back to Current
In memory of my Aunt Shirley Nagle Lande October 28, 1985 (10/27/2013)
Always the first one to

come to our aid

With tender words, always good

things to say

Fought through so much all

through her life

A wonderful “Mother” with

arms always opened through

each of their lives

One who sat with me 48 years ago

When a snowstorm hit and Mom

and Dad couldn’t get to the hospital

She held my hand and with a warm

gentle touch

whispered the words “Your Ma and

Dad love you so much...

You have to get well for all of us

there’s a lot of people praying

so we just have to trust”

28 years ago today you left us

all speechless, no words to say

We miss you and so many others

that have gone away

And we can’t wait till we’re all

together again someday...

Love and missing you deeply

Bonnie Oldham
