Ziegler, Sharon L. (11/20/2013)
Sharon L. Ziegler, age 67, of Stockton, Minn., passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, November 16, 2013.

She was born on June 19, 1946, in Winona, to Rolland and Florence (Zehren) Boland. Sharon married Edward Schell, and they divorced. She later married Gary Ziegler, who was her loving husband, companion, caregiver, and Guardian Angel on Earth.

Sharon was employed for over 30 years at WinCraft in Winona. Going to garage sales was more than a bargain for Sharon – it was a sport. The thrill of discovering a treasure for family and friends gave her the thrill of victory.

Her family was the heart of her soul. Sharon traveled many miles to support her grandchildren, grand-nieces and grand-nephews at their sporting events. She was even named the number one fan by her grandson’s baseball team.

Sharon is lovingly survived by her husband, Gary Ziegler, son, Dan (Heather Millen) Schell, and their children; Coral (Jose) Martinez and Skyler Schell, daughter, Deb (Doug) Johnson, and their children; Jordan and Carson; step-children: Lori (Kevin) Anderson, and their children, Bradie, McKenna, Avery, Camryn, and Reagan; Lisa (Scott) Fritz, and their children: Carter, Braden, and Casen; sister and best friend, Ann (Greg) Jasnoch; many nieces and nephews; close friends: Marcia (Bambi) Bambenek, Sharon (Roger) Rieck, and there are just too many more to name.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Michael Boland.

Services were held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home. Deacon Justin Green officiated.

Sharon was laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in a private family ceremony.

Sharon’s family would like to express a big thank you to the doctors, nurses, and hospice staff of Gundersen Health for the wonderful care that Sharon received.

Online condolences or memories may be left for Sharon’s family at www.watkowski-mulyck.com

Entrusted to our care – Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home.
