Dog walker assaulted in Arcadia (12/22/2013)
The Arcadia Police Department along with the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department is looking for the public’s assistance with an ongoing investigation.

On December 17, at approximately 4:45 p.m., an individual out walking a dog on a dead end street was approached by two male subjects. The individuals were driving a small dark purple mini van with tinted windows. They approached the victim asking for directions. During the conversation the passenger exited the vehicle and physically assaulted the victim and demanded money and credit cards. During the attack a black handgun was displayed. After collecting the victim’s money, the vehicle fled the city of Arcadia.

The suspects appeared to be Caucasians wearing black stocking caps. The driver was described as having a goatee and a mustache. The passenger was approximately 5 feet 10 inches and 160 pounds.

If you have any other information, please contact the Arcadia Police Department at 608-323-3359, Ext. 28.
