Fingall Hall rentals get new owner, name (01/15/2014)
By Sarah Squires

Winona's largest rental property owner added another apartment building to his list this week. The Quad 2.0, formerly known as Fingall Hall, was purchased by Quad 2.0 LLC for just over $3 million, with Winona landlord Kevin Brady signing the purchase documents.

The 150-unit building on Huff Street, across from Winona State University, mainly serves college-aged students.

According to documents filed with the Winona County Recorder's Office, the new owners plan to continue using the building as rental apartments.

Brady's Bluff City Properties is the largest rental agency in the county, and owns more than $11.5 million in property.

Bluff City Properties representatives were not immediately available for comment.
