The work of local photographer Kari Yearous is now on display at the Ben Miller lobby in the Page Theatre at Saint Mary’s University in Winona. The ten-image exhibit is titled “My Winona: Photographs, 2011-2013.”
Originally from Decorah, Iowa, Kari took up photography in 2009 and soon fell in love with photographing her Winona surroundings. “This exhibit is about my personal connection with the Winona area, and how that connection deepened alongside my personal journey into photography,” Kari said. “It is an honor to share my photographs in this venue.”
The public is invited to the artist reception on January 30 at 5:30 p.m. at the Page Theatre. For more information, visit www.facebook.com/kariyearousphotography.
