Elwell Jr., Elmer Dell (02/09/2014)
Elmer Dell Elwell Jr., “Bud”, age 85, took his final steps home on January 31, 2014, at Lake Winona Manor in Winona, Minn. Bud was born in Muskegon County, Mich., to Elmer Dell Elwell Sr. and Martha Ellen Elwell, nee York. Bud was a veteran of World War II and a lifetime member of the VFW. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sarah “Jo” Elwell of Winona, Minn., a son Eric (Sue) Elwell of Muskegon, Mich., a daughter, Karen (LeRoy) Pronschinske of Mondovi, Wis., grandchildren Eric (Ashley) Elwell of Apopka, Fla., Christopher (Marisol) of Adamsville, Tenn., Lindsey (John) Cox of Winona, Minn., C.J. (Yoajaira) ZeBranek of Clermont, Fla., and Tami Verwey of Winona, Minn.; a sister, Sharlene (Dick) Shafer of Fruitport, Mich., 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters in-law.

Bud was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Martha Elwell; a brother, Robert Elwell; and a daughter, Sharon ZeBranek. Services will be held on Saturday February 22, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel 1783 E. Keating Ave., Muskegon, Mich.

Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home is assisting the family with local arrangements
