Sunday, March 30

At 12:36 a.m. Joseph William Gray, 24, of Winona, was cited for public urination on the 100 block of Market Street.

At 2:02 a.m. police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on the 700 block of West Fifth Street. John Joseph Sattler, 24, of Winona, was arrested for fifth-degree domestic assault causing both fear and harm.

Monday, March 31

At 8:19 a.m. police received a report of the theft of antique saws worth approximately $400. The saws were taken from outside a residence on the 500 block of Chatfield Street. Police have no suspects.

At 9:50 a.m. police received a report of a gasoline theft at the Freedom Valu Center downtown. Vincent Paul Levers, 24, of Winona, allegedly drove off without paying for $27 worth of gasoline.

At 5:07 p.m. police received a report of a theft at Winona Senior High School. Someone allegedly stole headphones from a locked locker. Police have no suspects.
