Thursday, March 3

•At 12:50 a.m. police were on patrol near Fifth and Main streets when they noticed a vehicle with non-functioning brake lights. Police began to follow the vehicle and observed the driver almost hit a guard rail on the Interstate Bridge. Police pulled the car over near the entry to Dick’s Marine and arrested Taylor Marie Wilkinson, 21, of Sauk City, Wis., for driving while intoxicated. Wilkinson’s blood alcohol content was measured at .15 percent.

•At 2:20 p.m. police received a report of a theft on the 1700 block of Mobile Drive. The complainant said that someone had taken a John Deere riding lawnmower with a snowblower attached from the street outside the residence. Police have no suspects.
