By Amelia Wedemeyer
On Sunday, May 25, at approximately 5 a.m., the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant for marijuana and cocaine at a residence in the town of Ettrick, Wis. Deputies seized at least 127 marijuana plants actively growing, approximately one ounce of powder cocaine, processed marijuana and approximately $3,000 in cash.

Emma K. Stallings, 28, of Ettrick, who was present at the residence at the time of the execution of the search warrant, was taken into custody for felony manufacture/delivery of marijuana, felony possession with the intent to deliver cocaine (>15-40 grams — cocaine-possession) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Another suspect — Marcus J. Stallings, 31, of Ettrick — was not present, and subsequently, a felony warrant was issued for his arrest. Marcus is described as a black male, 5’10”, 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. If you have any information as to the location of Marcus J. Stallings, please contact the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office at 715-538-4351.

The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating this incident with Arcadia Police Department, and Independence Police Department and K9 unit.
