Gallagher, Dolores A. (06/09/2014)
Dolores A. Gallagher, 100, of Winona, Minn., died Friday, June 6, 2014, at her home.

Dolores was born on February 15, 1914, in Utica, Minn., to Henry and Anna (Ginther) Knoll. She married Vernon Gallagher at St. Maryís Rectory in Winona, Minn. on November 28, 1935.

Dolores is survived by her son, Loren (Kathryn) Gallagher of Hemet, Calif.; daughters, Marilyn (Gerald) Duellman of Winona, and Sharon (Roland) Clark of Holmen, Wis.; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister Lorraine Whetstone; and infant sister, Hazel Knoll.

Funeral service for Dolores will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at 11 a.m. at the Fawcett-Junker Funeral Home, Winona, Minn., with Rev. Msgr. Hargesheimer officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior. Interment will be in St. Paulís Catholic Cemetery, Minnesota City, Minn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Winona Area Hospice or the donorís choice.
