NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CURRENCY EXCHANGE BUSINESS APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2004, at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Third Floor of City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, Winona, to consider an application from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., to operate a currency exchange business at the Wal-Mart Supercenter Store, 955 Drive, Winona, Minnesota. Minnesota State Statute 53A.04(a) requires that the local jurisdiction hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution either approving or denying the request.
