ORDINANCE 3617
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
WINONA, MINNESOTA
1979
The City of Winona does ordain:
Section 1. That Section 25.15 of the City Code of the City of Winona, Minnesota, 1979, which section is entitled "Obstructing Use of Streets or Sidewalks", be amended as follows:
"25.15 OBSTRUCTING USE OF STREETS OR SIDEWALKS. No person shall place, leave or keep on any street, road, alley, sidewalk or other public ground in the city any article, substance or material which may obstruct the free use of such street, road, alley, sidewalk or ground, except as provided in Section 25.16 (and except as provided in Chapter 25A).
No person shall park or leave standing any motor vehicle, trailer, boat or other personal property which is "for sale" on the northerly side of Lake Boulevard from the west right-of-way line of Trunk Highway 43 to a point 2400 feet westerly of the west line of Sugar Loaf Road and from the east right-of-way line of Huff Street to a point 3325 feet easterly thereof."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect on upon its publication.
