THIS STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs' attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you and which is on file in the Office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings in question real property situated in the County of Winona, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
All of Block Sixteen (16), Plat of Witoka excepting therefrom that portion thereof taken by the State of Minnesota in condemnation proceedings as appear in Document No. 244038, being located upon and forming a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4 of SW1/4) and of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1/4 of SE1/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township One Hundred Six (106) North, of Range Seven (7), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota.
The object of this action is to determine that the Defendants have no right, title, estate, interest or lien in or on the above-described real property.

PERSONAL CLAIM
No personal claim is made against any of the Defendants in the action above-entitled.
You are further informed that this matter may be subject to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts. The Court Administrator or your attorney can provide you with information about ADR processes available and a list of neutrals who provide ADR services. ADR does not, however, affect your obligation to respond to the Complaint within the above-stated time period.
