NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN
Notice is hereby given that the City of Winona Wellhead Protection Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 13, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., in the Wenonah Room, Third Floor of City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, Winona, to discuss and review the Phase 2 of the Wellhead Protection Plan for the City of Winona. The public is invited to present their comments on the plan to the Wellhead Protection Committee.
