On Monday, September 27, 2004 at 4:30 p.m. in the Wenonah Room of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a preliminary plat for the proposed Castlewood Greens Subdivision. The plat has been submitted by Stuart Morgan and involves a parcel of land which is commonly referred to as 1430 West Broadway Street, Winona, Minnesota.
As proposed, the plat calls for subdividing the parcel into a total of eleven lots. Of these, ten lots will be used for residential dwelling units, while one will be owned and maintained by a future homeowners association. Two single family detached dwelling units and one structure, consisting of eight townhouse (row house) dwelling units, are proposed.
