SUBJECT: Property Sale
Please take notice that the Port Authority of Winona, Minnesota proposes to sell real estate here and described as follows to the adjacent residential property owners.
The West 286.35 feet of the Northerly 20 feet of Outlot Five (5) of Block Four (4) of Replat of Outlots Two and Three (2 and 3) and part of Block Two (2) of Reinke and Wrights Addition to the City of Winona, Winona County, Minnesota;
The land will be devoted to residential use. Terms and conditions of the sale are available for public inspection at the Office of the Port Authority of Winona, in care of the Community Development Office, City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, Room 210, Winona, Minnesota. A public hearing to determine the advisability of the sale of property to the adjacent residential property owners will be held at City Hall in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2004.
