and Effect
of Proposed Ordinance
NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to transfer a parcel of land from the City of Winona to the Port Authority of Winona. The parcel is former railroad property and is located adjacent to property owned by Peerless Chain.
