of Proposed Ordinance
NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to prohibit parking on the south side of Sarnia Street from the easterly line of Franklin Street to a point 550 feet easterly thereof between April 16th and August 31.
