AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF WINONA, MINNESOTA 1979
Section 1. That Schedule A of Section 61.26(d) of the City Code of Winona, Minnesota, 1979, which section is entitled "No Parking Zones", be amended as follows:
"NO PARKING AT ANY TIME:
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle, either attended or unattended, at any time on the following streets:
Sarnia Street, southerly side, from the easterly line of Franklin Street to a point 50 (550) feet easterly thereof.
NO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN STREETS AND IN CERTAIN LOTS
Sarnia Street
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle, either attended or unattended, on the south side of Sarnia Street from the easterly line of Franklin Street to a point 550 feet easterly thereof between April 16th and August 31st."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its publication.
