Our two greatest threats are terrorism and self-deterioration.
In 1811 our Supreme Court stated: "Whatever strikes at the root of Christianity tends to destroy civil government." Dewey 1920, Black 1947, and the Supreme Court in 1962 and 2002 all contributed to crumbling Christian values.
In the 2002 Lawrence Case, sodomy was declared a constitutionally protected right. In '04, less than 1/3 of the U.S. Senate stood up for marriage. It is as if Kohl, Feingold, Kind and Kerry think it is more important to raise the minimum wage than to tackle controversial subjects of morality and decency. Are some of these people cutting back room deals with powerful anti-God organizations- trading convictions and morals for favors and political gain? Do they think that by remaining principled they will appear intolerant? These people appear to be ignoring the 2/3 of Americans opposed to gay marriage.
Vote Democratic, for Kerry and the floodgates may open forcefully approving and ratifying acceptance of all kinds of deviations contrary to the values of this country.
One of our greatest enemies lies within our complacency and can threaten the foundations our culture is based on. While ending hatred and prejudice is good, accepting everything and anything is not.
