SUBJECT: Request to Change Zoning
On Monday, November 8, 2004 at 4:30 p.m. in the Wenonah Room of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request to change zoning from M-2 (General Industrial) to R-2 (1-4 family) residential. The request has been submitted by Scott and Jan Abramson and involves a parcel of land which is described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Block 16 and the westerly one half of vacated Sioux Street lying easterly of /adjacent to Lot 1, Chute's Addition to Winona.
