SUBJECT: Public Auction - Property Sale

Please take notice that the Port Authority of Winona, Minnesota proposes to sell homes and garage structures located on the following properties at Public Auction:

1786 West Fifth Street - Lot Four (4), Chap's Subdivision in the City of Winona, being located upon and forming a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW_ of NE_) of Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Seven (107) North, of Range Seven (7), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota.

1808 West Fourth Street - That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW _ of NE _) of Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Seven (107) North, of Range Seven (7), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the most Southerly corner of Block One (1) record plat of E.P. A public hearing to determine the advisability of the sale of property will be held at City Hall in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 18, 2004.
