Please take notice that the Port Authority of Winona, Minnesota proposes to exchange real estate herein described as follows to Dawn Singer.
1774 West Fifth Street
Lot Two (2), Chap's Subdivision in the City of Winona, being located upon and forming a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW_ of NE_) of Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Seven (107) North, of Range Seven (7), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota.
1764 West Fifth Street
A part of Lot Nineteen (19), Plat of Subdivision of Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Seven (107), Range Seven (7), more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point where the North line of County State Aid Highway No. 32, also known as Fifth Street, in the City of Winona, intersects the West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE_ of NE_) of said Section and Range for the place of beginning; thence North along said West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE _ of NE _) a distance of 125.12 feet; thence deflect to the right at an angle of 113 degrees 25 minutes a distance of 126.67 feet to the West line of Otis Street; thence deflect to the right at an angle of 79 degrees 51 minutes and along the West line of Otis Street to the North line of said County State Aid Highway No. 32; thence Northwesterly along said North line of County State Aid Highway No. 32 a distance of 103.75 feet to the place of beginning, being located upon and forming a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE_ of NE_) of Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Seven (107), Range Seven (7), Winona County, Minnesota.
Also, Lot One (1), Chap's Subdivision in the City of Winona, being located upon and forming a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW _ of NE _) of Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Seven (107), Range Seven (7), Winona County, Minnesota.
Excepting from the 2 above described parcels of land that part thereof which lies Southeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of the Northwesterly line of said Lot One (1), Chap's Subdivision in the City of Winona and the Northerly line of County State Aid Highway No. 32, also known as Fifth Street in the City of Winona; thence Southeasterly along the Northerly line of County State Aid Highway No. 32 a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence at a deflection angle to the left of 90 degrees 00 minutes a distance of 111.5 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of the first above described parcel of land and there terminating.

Lot Three (3), Chap's Subdivision in the City of Winona,, being located upon and forming a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW _ of NE _) of Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Seven (107), Range Seven 97), Winona County, Minnesota.
Real estate received by Dawn Singer will be devoted to residential use and real estate provided to the Port Authority will provide the necessary Right-of-Way for the Pelzer Street Reconstruction project. Terms and conditions of the exchange are available for public inspection at the Office of the Port Authority of Winona, in care of the Community Development Office, City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, Room 210, Winona, Minnesota. A public hearing to determine the advisability of the exchange of property to Dawn Singer will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. at the Winona City Hall in the Council Chambers.
