SUBJECT: Request to Change Zoning
On Monday, November 22, 2004 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request to rezone property from R-S (Residential-Suburban) to R-3 (Multiple Family Residential). The request has been submitted by Brad Turner, and involves approximately 2.9 acres of land located at 1350 (Property Identification Number 32.320.6940) and 1372 (Property Identification Number 32.320.6980) East Burns Valley Road, Winona, MN. No specific land use proposal, relating to this property, has been submitted at this time.
