The Annual Report of the Knitcraft-St. Croix Foundation, Inc. for the year ended June 30, 2004 is available at its principal office, located at 4020 West 6th Street, Winona, MN 55987, for inspection during regular business hours by any citizen who requests it within 180 days hereof. The president of the Foundation is Bernhard J. Brenner.
