That part of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in the Un-numbered Block in Laird's Addition to Winona, Minnesota, commonly called Block One Hundred Fifty-two (152) and of Lot Ten (10), Block One Hundred Fifty-two (152) in Plumer's Addition in Winona, Minnesota, commencing at a point on the Northerly line of 5th Street in the City of Winona, 40 feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Liberty Street; thence Northerly at right angles with the Northerly line of 5th Street, 140 feet to the Southerly line of the alley; thence Westerly at right angles along the Southerly line of said alley, 35 feet; thence Southerly at right angles, 140 feet to the Northerly line of 5th Street; thence Easterly at right angles, 35 feet along the Northerly line of 5th Street to the place of beginning, and being a rectangular tract of land fronting 35 feet on 5th Street and running back 140 feet to the alley.
