At the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors, a new chairman and a new director were elected, and three long-time directors completed their service to the board.
John Eddy of Technigraph Corporation, a board member since 1999, was elected Chairman of the Board. Todd Nelson, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Winona National Bank, was elected as a new director.
Dave Arnold, Phil Feiten, and Jim Schneider, all long-time directors, completed their service as directors of the board at the annual meeting. "These are three extraordinary individuals who provided their time and talents to making community banking work in Winona, first with Town and Country State Bank and then with the new Winona National Bank," said Winona National President and CEO Jack J. Richter. "I know our bank is better for their years of service, and we all appreciate having committed, accomplished people like Dave, Phil, and Jim in our community."
