ORDINANCE 3629
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
WINONA, MINNESOTA
1979
The City of Winona does ordain:
Section 1. That Schedule B of Section 61.26(e) of the City Code of Winona, Minnesota, 1979, which section is entitled "Limited Parking Zones", be amended as follows:
"THIRTY MINUTE PARKING:
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle, either attended or unattended, for a period longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. of each and every day except Sundays and legal holidays on the following streets in the City:
Johnson Street, easterly side, from a point 107 feet north of the north line of Fourth Street to a point 46 feet northerly thereof.
TEN MINUTE PARKING:
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle, either attended or unattended, for a period longer than 10 minutes at any time on the following streets and parking lots in the City:
(Johnson Street, easterly side, from a point 107 feet north of the north line of Fourth Street to a point 46 feet northerly thereof.)"
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its publication.
