of Proposed Ordinance
NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to prohibit parking on Menard Road, both sides, from Frontenac Drive to Bruski Drive, and also on Riverbend Road, both sides, from Mankato Avenue to Menard Road.
