ORDINANCE 3633
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
WINONA, MINNESOTA
1979
The City of Winona does ordain:
Section 1.That Chapter 62 of the City Code of Winona, Minnesota, 1979, which Chapter is entitled "Offenses Against Public Peace, Safety and Morals" be amended by adding thereto the following:
"62.11 URINATING IN PUBLIC. No person shall urinate in the open on public property or on property of another within the City. A violation of this section shall be deemed a petty misdemeanor punishable by a fine only."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its publication.
