NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2005, to consider and act on a request to rezone property from R-S (Residential-Suburban) to R-3 (Multiple Family Residential). The request has been submitted by Brad Turner, and involves approximately 1 acre parcel of land which is located at 1372 East Burns Valley Road, Winona, Minnesota. No specific land use proposal, relating to this property, has been submitted at this time.
At the time and place designated above, an opportunity will be given to all persons affected wishing to speak for or against the proposed ordinance.
