Centerville curling teams advancing to championships (01/02/2005)
Two Junior Curling Teams from the Centerville Curling Club will be advancing to the Junior National Curling Championships to be held in Bismarck, N.D., January 29 - February 5.

The Katie Dassow Rink won the Wisconsin Junior Women's Championships at Portage, Wis., this week with a Round Robin Record of 6-0.

The Cam Delaney Rink from Centerville tied for top honors in the Round Robin in the Junior Men's Division with a 6-1 record but lost in a nail-biting measurement in the tiebreaker against Medford with a final score of 4-5. Both first and second place finishes in the Men's Division will advance to the National Championships. Curling with Dassow are Megan O'Connell, Third; Jaclyn Mueller, Second; and Sydney Johnson, lead; Curling with Delaney are Dan Lilla, Fourth and Vice; Chris Kramer, second; and Zach Hilton, Lead.
