BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
The following applications have been made for variations from the requirements of the Winona City Code, as listed below:
a. Sun City Investments, Inc. - for variance of Section 43.57(e), which requires a minimum of 8,000 square feet of lot area, 65 feet of lot frontage, and a 25 foot front yard setback for two-family structures located within R-2 zoning districts. Petitioner desires to construct a total of three two-unit (duplex) structures on a parcel of land with a frontage of 129 feet and a depth of 140 feet. Given this parcel, a total of 6,020 square feet of lot area and 43 feet of lot frontage would be available to each two-unit structure. Additionally, the minimum front yard setback of structures is proposed to be 15 feet. Property described as R-2, Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 6, Fairfax Addition, or at 1011 and 1017 East Fourth Street.
Notice is sent to the applicants and to the owners of the property affected by the application.
A hearing on these petitions will be given in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Winona, Minnesota at 5:00 p.m. on January 19, 2005 at which time interested persons may appear either in person, in writing, or by agent, and present any reasons which they may have to the granting or denying of these petitions.
