Proposals
Sealed proposals will be received by City of Winona for the Telephone System and Voice Mail project until 2:00 pm, February 8th, 2005 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposers are invited to attend. Proposals received after this time will be returned unopened.
Proposals shall be upon the form provided by the City. Envelopes containing the proposals must be sealed, marked with the name and address of the Proposer, the project and the date and hour of the opening. Bids shall be delivered to:

The complete Proposal form shall be without alteration, additions or erasures. No faxed proposals will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the proposals.
Copies of the proposal documents may be obtained from Elert & Associates, the telecommunications consultant, at 140 Third Street South, Stillwater, MN 55082. 651-430-2772.
Each Proposer must accompany the proposal form with a proposal/bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the amount of the proposal payable to City of Winona, as a guarantee of the prompt execution of the contract in accordance with the proposal form and contract documents, and the Proposer will furnish bonds acceptable to the City of Winona covering performance of the contract.
