Class on how to use baby sling (01/15/2005)

Parents of infants and toddlers are invited to come to this class on using an infant sling. Parents experienced with using baby slings will show participants how to use slings and give hands-on help for getting the sling to feel safe and comfortable for babies and toddlers. Participants will also learn the many benefits babies receive from being carried. Two class times will be offered on Thursday, February 17, from 1-2:30 p.m. and Wednesday, March 2, from 6:30-8 p.m.
Registration is required and is being taken in the Community Education Office in the Lincoln Building at 654 Huff Street or by phone at 494-0900.
The class is free and sibling care is available.
