Statement of Purpose and Effect of Proposed Ordinance

NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to establish four 45-minute parking spaces on Broadway in front of the Golden Chair barbershop.
