SUBJECT: Certificate of Appropriateness - City Hall
On Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. in the Wenonah Room of City Hall, the Winona Heritage Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness relating to a planned building expansion to Winona City Hall, located at 207 Lafayette Street. Given the structures designation, as a City local Historic Site, Commission review is required per City Code Section 22.27 (L). Additionally, when a proposed activity involves additions to locally designated historic structures, the Commission must find that the activity will not adversely affect the site. In making this determination, review criteria of Code Section 22.27 (L)(6)(i)(a) must be considered.
