Commencing at the point of intersection of the Easterly line of the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of said Section 32, with the centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 20; thence Southwesterly along the centerline of CSAH No. 20 a distance of 315 feet; thence Southerly parallel to the Easterly line of said SW1/4 of the SE1/4 a distance of 275 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the Southerly line of said Section 32 to the Easterly line of said SW1/4 of the SE1/4; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said SW1/4 of the SE1/4 to the point of beginning.
